This is another yummy and easy stir fry from God's own country, Kerala.
Pepper: 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder: a pinch
Salt and Oil: as required
Peel the plantains and slice it.
Put this in a bowl of water and then drain the water and pat dry the slices.
In a non stick pan, heat required oil (2-3 tbsp should be fine)
When it is hot, add the sliced plantains and saute for sometime.
When it is half done, add the turmeric powder, pepper and salt.
